Teacher Training
NZYC teacher training is a Yoga Alliance registered training programme. We offer RYT-200 hour and RYT-300 hour teacher certification, based from our Lower Hutt studio.
200 HOUR
Ready to deepen your practice? Become a yoga teacher! The NZYC 200 hour Teacher Training (RYT-200) offers you a transformational course in a fun, practical, and nurturing environment. You will learn about various styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Our next course begins in March 2024.
300 HOUR
Are you ready to take your teaching to the next level? The NZYC 300 hour Teacher Training (RYT-300) is a comprehensive and practical training, designed to help you bring a wider and deeper set of skills and insights into your personal practice and teaching.
